After the massive success of this unique, but very interactive Relay, Steward Bank have decided to continue with the initiative and there are only 50 teams available [100 runners].

BIB COLLECTION:

Race Numbers to be collected from The Kingdom Hotel, on Friday the 5^th July [10am – 5pm] or Saturday the 6^th July [9am – 12noon].

No late collections on the morning of the race. Please bring proof of residency / citizenship at time of collection as you will be asked to produce this as well as proof of payment and your passport number.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Teams are encouraged to enter as a team of 2 runners. Each runner to complete approximately half the distance [10.5km each] to make up a combined distance of a 21km half marathon.

Teams can be mixed or all males or all females.

Either way, as this is a fun event, the fastest team will be awarded the prize regardless of gender split.

The Corporate with the fastest collective time who crosses the finish line wins. No individual times will be recorded, only one final combined team result will be recorded.

The first runner from each team will start with the main Econet Half Marathon and hand over a baton at the Steward Bank Transition point. The second Runner will complete the distance and finish in the main tunnel along with all the other half marathon runners.

Buses will transport the second runners to the Transition point, leaving outside The Kingdom Hotel at 6h15am on race day.

Buses will also transport runners from the hand over point and to the finish again.
